I have a PDF is being viewed via Preview, there are lots of notes I added, but there are a few are no longer needed. How do I remove the unwanted notes?

Select the note and press delete on the keyboard.
You can see and delete the notes in a sidebar: View -> Highlights and Notes.

How to delete a note which was added to a pdf in the Preview app? Since I've updated to Big Sur I cannot remove these little yellow notes which I added to pdf documents in the Preview App. Before I could delete them in the sidebar. Does someone know how to remove notes?
PDFs and image files in Notes When dragging PDFs or image files into a note in Notes currently the whole of the space in the note is taken up with a preview of the document. Is there a preference setting or method of doing it so that only the document icon appears in the note rather than a preview of the file? Any input on this would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
